Upper Providence approves 34 new homes

Amid protest from residents, Upper Providence Supervisors approved a subdivision plan submitted by Toll Brothers for 34 single-family homes on 62 acres. Residents from Hasson Road near Route 29 were among those in attendance voicing concern about the single access point for the new development.

Answer by Edmund Choi: DOM will reset immediately when the listing expires. However, the more important PMP, cumulative days on market, requires a minimum 30 days to reset. As for cancelling the listing, a termination letter executed by both you and broker/agent is prudent.

Based on the criteria you have established, I would assume that the properties are single units. If that is the case, uncertain as to how the property will cash flow if you were to go FHA.
